This post will provide the opportunity for direct and indirect clinical work, offering interventions to children, young people, their families and networks. They will be expected to partner with Hillside staff and the MDT to ensure that the care plans are applied in practice and that staff are robustly supported and enabled to meet the children and young people's needs to the best of their ability and manage the emotional context in which they work. The postholder will have opportunities to contribute to the ongoing development of systemic practice in hillside, helping to ascertain the nature and quality of the provision to help inform continued service improvement.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
