Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a data governance professional to define and govern Finance master data standards, drive data migration activities, and ensure robust controls across ERP implementations. You will work with Finance, Data Engineering, and Solution Architecture to support the financial data model and reporting requirements.

Experience with ETL, data profiling, and ERP platforms (Workday Financials preferred) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting the Extract and Transform stages of ETL, including data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of data migration cycles, including test loads, mock cutovers, defect resolution, migration readiness, and cutover support.
• Experience defining and maintaining data standards, transformation rules, mapping documentation, validation evidence, and audit controls.
• Confident working with large data sets in Excel and/or data management tools to identify data quality issues.
• Ability to work closely with Finance, Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, implementation partners, and business process owners.
• Previous experience with Workday Financials or another major ERP platform would be advantageous.
