Qualifications

Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
Responsible for timely fault resolution in line with SLAs and daily administration of Cisco Call Manager platforms.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams via MS Teams, phone, and in person. Adhere strictly to best practices and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Draft Local Working Instructions and provide quality assurance for third-party installations and upgrades. Support legacy TDM systems, including jumpering.
Must be flexible to travel to customer sites (Wokingham, Warwick, Reading) with a company vehicle provided. Strong organisational skills are essential for managing Service Request Forms, issuing network instructions, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with testing procedures and regulatory standards.
What youll bring?
Strong knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, voice protocols (TDM & IP), and transmission/data services such as SDH is preferred.
Practical and theoretical expertise in Cisco CM, VCC, Teams, voice recording, data services, and reporting tools like CMS, RMG, and Oak.
Must hold a clean driving licence and possess strong skills in protection systems and data transmission within high-voltage networks.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities. Must meet managed service requirements and be eligible for SC clearance vetting.
