Job summary

Masterclass Education is assisting a local specialist education setting in recruiting teachers to join their teams in 2026. We welcome teachers of all levels of experience across subject and key stage specialisms, with opportunities across the South Yorkshire area.

Ideal candidates will hold QTS, have an understanding of individualised learning, and demonstrate patience and flexible approaches. The role offers weekly pay, a generous holiday scheme, and access to our learning portal and SEN

Qualifications

• A teaching qualification with QTS for any key stage/subject.
• Additional training qualifications such as Team Teach or PECS are desirable.
• Evidence of understanding of individualised learning and adapting schemes of work.
• Patience and a flexible view on learning.
• An understanding of the national curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach across specialist settings within a local education setting.
• Adapt schemes of work to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management, and collaborate with SEN support.

What do you need?

• A teaching qualification with QTS, this can be for any key stage/subject specialism (we are open to talking to NQT's that are eager to work in specialist settings)
• Additional training qualifications such as Team Teach or PECS (desired not essential)
• Evidence of an understanding of individualised learning, and how to adapt schemes of work to suit the needs of every student
• Patience and a flexible view on learning
• A passion to make a positive difference
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• An understanding of the national curriculum
