Take immediate and appropriate action to ensure safety in crises or safeguarding situations, reporting promptly to senior colleagues. Work in partnership with other health and social care providers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, agencies, service users, and their families or carers.

Promote a positive, proactive attitude and enhance the experience of team members and service users. Support staff to deliver a high-quality, responsive service, contributing to ongoing service evaluation across the All-Age Pathway, working closely with the tier 4 provider collaborative (AEDS T4 PC) and adult eating disorder community services.

Engage in clinical reflection through supervision and reflective practice groups, and contribute to the delivery of clinical supervision to junior staff. Use and update information within the Trust Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.

Facilitate timely transfer and transition of care between services. Foster collaborative working relationships across the system. Communicate effectively through report writing and correspondence, liaising with relevant agencies to promote integrated care.

Understand and implement infection control measures in a community setting. Support the AED ETT Lead in developing and delivering training presentations. Act as a positive role model for junior staff, assisting with their duties and caseload management.

Be aware of and implement Safeguarding Adult and Children Policies, Procedures, and legislation.
