This role involves triaging referrals, assessing risks and needs of individuals, and working with partners to ensure the immediate safety of those contacting or referred to the service.
The successful candidate will collaborate within a multi-agency team to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a coordinated response to individuals at high, medium, and standard risk levels, with priority given to those at highest risk of serious harm.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in the domestic abuse field and providing crisis intervention related to domestic abuse.
This is a full-time position on a temporary contract basis.
