Chesterfield Royal Hospital seeks a Specialist Doctor in Radiology to enhance Imaging services. This full-time role offers a chance to develop a subspecialty interest within a supportive team of consultant radiologists. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and extensive clinical experience.
Job summary
We are looking to appoint a Specialist Doctor in Radiology to further develop our Imaging services at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity, and it is anticipated that there will be occasion for the appointee to develop a sub-specialty interest within the role.
This is a full time post which comprises a total of 10 PAs per week. There will be an expectation to join in the middle grade on-call rota along with other Radiology Registrars. You would be joining a team of 11 consultant radiologists.
This post is ideally suited to Radiologists who have a post-graduate qualification in clinical radiology, completed FRCR and wish to gain more experience in subspecialties of Radiology such as MSK, GI Imaging or Thoracic Imaging. There will be robust peer (Consultant) support/supervision, as well as support to obtain CESR.
