We are seeking to appoint a Specialist Doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to help us deliver our ambitious service development plans. The successful applicant will primarily contribute to clinical service delivery within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) providing medical services to support our multi-disciplinary team offering assessment, diagnosis and treatment of neuro-developmental conditions and mental health presentation. The post holder will also support the wider psychiatry team in other areas of service delivery where capacity allows across Argyll and Bute.
This post will be based at Lomond House Helensbrgh/Cowal Hospital Dunoon. You will be joining the service at an exciting time in our development plans. We are currently reviewing the CAMHs model across Argyll and Bute and will be creative and targeted in delivery with a strong emphasis on partnerships.There is currently no out of hour’s commitment. Active engagement in local CPD will be expected.
