A prominent healthcare organization is seeking a Digital Workforce Analyst to work within a fast-paced team focused on enhancing digital leadership capabilities throughout Scotland's health and social care workforce. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in digital tools like Power BI, and the ability to translate data insights for action. This role offers flexible working and a dynamic environment aimed at improving healthcare delivery.

Work Pattern: Full time 37 hours per week

The Digitally Enabled Workforce (DEW) team at NHS Education for Scotland is a high-impact, award-winning team working remotely across the UK. Commissioned by Scottish Government and COSLA, we deliver on national priorities from Scotland’s Digital Health and Care Strategy, the Health and Social Care Data Strategy, the Care in the Digital Age Delivery Plan and the recently published Health and Social Care Service Renewal Framework.
