Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly and motivated Dietitian to join the Greenwich community team. The role focuses on home visits using the Food First dietetic approach, with occasional clinic cover across the borough and support for Home Enteral Nutrition as needed.

You will work within the Food First and Primary Care dietetic caseloads, delivering GP-based clinics including gastroenterology and malnutrition support, and provide training to carers and staff where required.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with HCPC
• Experience in community/home visiting settings is desirable
• Ability to deliver GP-based and primary care dietetic services

Responsibilities

• Provide home visits within Greenwich community
• Cover GP practice clinics across the borough
• Support Home Enteral Nutrition caseload and malnutrition services
• Deliver presentations and training to healthcare professionals
• Participate in service evaluation and development
