We are looking for a Dietitian to work with our client in East London.

• Location: East London
• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Rate of pay: £26-27.50 p/h

As a specialist Diabetes Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in delivering care for patients with a range of conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions.
• Formulating and implementing care plans.
• Providing treatment as necessary.
• Using evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date department records in line with professional standards.
• Staying current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Current and valid registration with the HCPC as a Dietitian
• Proven experience with a diabetic caseload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• EMIS experience is ideal but not essential

Working hours and contract duration:

This position requires working Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
