A community health provider in Swindon is looking for a Specialist Community RNLD or RMN Nurse to join their team. This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and providing personalized care. Candidates should have experience in learning disabilities services and hold a valid UK nursing qualification. Flexible working arrangements and a supportive environment are offered, alongside opportunities for service development.
We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Specialist Community Nurse with previous experience working within a Learning Disabilities service to join our small and welcoming multi-disciplinary Learning Disability and Autism team, primarily based in Swindon. This role supports adults with diagnosed learning disabilities whose needs cannot be met through mainstream services.
Some travel across the BSW patch may be required so willingness to travel and a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
Recent experience working in a Learning Disabilities service within the last 5 years and confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities is essential.
