A leading health service provider in York is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to support children and families through the Family Hub Network. The role includes engaging with families both in-person and potentially through hybrid arrangements. The ideal candidate is an innovative Health Visitor or School Nurse passionate about making a difference. Excellent support, training, and a rewarding package are offered.
As part of the Healthy Child Service team, you will work alongside a range of partners to provide support to children, young people, and families across the Family Hub Network. The roles are based in Family Hubs across the city, with potential opportunities for home/hybrid working. We conduct all contacts with children and families in person and encourage office presence to support team morale.
