We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Health Visitors and School Nurses to help shape the transformation of the Healthy Child Programme in York. We aim to maintain the public health focus of the service and improve health outcomes for children and young people in York.
As part of the Healthy Child Service team, you will collaborate with various partners to support children, young people, and families across the Family Hub Network. The roles are based in Family Hubs throughout the city, with potential for some home/hybrid working. We conduct all contacts with children and families in person and encourage office presence to boost team morale.
