The NHS is seeking a Specialist Community Mental Health Nurse for the Holderness Mental Health Team. This role involves supporting working-aged adults in their mental health recovery by developing personalized care plans and engaging with service users and families. This post will be based in Hedon with the expectation to work across the Holderness area due to service demand requirements. Due to the geographical nature of the post it is essential that you can drive and have access to a car.
As a key worker / care coordinator you will provide support and interventions to promote mental health recovery. Establishing therapeutic relationships with service users and their family / carers.
