Clinical Psychologist Specializing in Adults with Learning Disabilities - Band 7 Post - Permanent, Enfield Integrated Learning Disabilities Service.
This is a full-time (37.5 hrs) position. Part-time will be considered (minimum 3 days per week).
We seek candidates committed to evidence-based practice, service development, client and carer participation, and utilizing outcome measures. Strong engagement skills and creative work with a culturally diverse population are essential.
The appointed Clinical Psychologist will join a large, friendly, community-based, integrated, multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, nurses, therapists, psychiatrists, and employment specialists. The Psychology team has 4 qualified psychologists and 3 assistants, some forming a Positive Behaviour Support team, alongside an occupational therapist.
The post holder will conduct psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for adults with learning disabilities, involving families, support staff, and liaising with other involved parties as appropriate.
We have strong links with local university training programs, providing CPD opportunities and ongoing professional development. The service is located in Enfield Highway with excellent transport links. Flexible working and remote work options are available.
