Salary: Grade K: £54,360- £57,495 and zones 2&3 travel card

The Role

We are recruiting a Specialist Clinical Practitioner in the Therapeutic Fostering and Care Team (TFACT), within Regulated Services and Resources. We are a small Clinical Psychology led team which sits alongside the Fostering Development Teams (FDT) and the Permanency Assessment and Support Teams (PAST). We are dedicated to working with Tower Hamlets carers and social workers to improve the wellbeing of care experienced children, and children under Special Guardianship orders. We offer individual therapeutic support to families to improve the relationship between carers and the children in their care, and reduce home breakdown. We also deliver therapeutic, trauma informed groups and training to carers and social workers. Our main therapeutic model is Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) as well as other, trauma informed, models of working.
