This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated pharmacist to develop specialist clinical skills by joining the pharmacy team supporting the tertiary cardiac centre at Morriston Hospital.Morriston is a renowned centre of excellence for cardiovascular care in Wales, being 1 of 2 hospitals in Wales providing highly specialised cardiac. Our centre covers a wide region--from Pembrokeshire to Bridgend--and features one of the most efficient catheter labs in the UK.This role offers the opportunity to rotate across the cardiac service, including exposure to highly specialised areas such as cardiac intensive care and coronary care within both cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery. You will be fully integrated into a dynamic multidisciplinary team, supporting patients through expert medicines optimisation, clinical review, and discharge planning.As a Specialist Cardiac Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused pharmacy care, while gaining valuable experience in a tertiary setting.
