Job description

Specialist Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/ Psychological Therapist

Provide trauma-informed assessments, formulation, and NICE-recommended psychological therapies to individuals with complex emotional needs and trauma presentations.

Support local NMHTs in delivering high-quality care to people with CEN through supervision, consultation, collaboration, and co-production with service users.

Contribute to service improvement and development by engaging in audits, quality improvement projects, and implementing policies for outcome measurement and feedback collection.
