Job description

This range is provided by CS Cleaning (Milton Keynes) Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Responsibilities

• Carpet cleaning using extraction and bonnet mopping with Prochem machinery.
• Window cleaning with hot water Ionic Reach & wash pole systems (experience advantageous but not essential).
• End of tenancy cleaning.
• Builders & sparkle cleaning.
• Deep cleans for offices, schools, retail, hospitality, hospitals, medical facilities, etc.
• Hard floor scrubbing and buffing.
• Water extraction.
• Jet washing for drives and car parks.
• External cladding cleaning via lifts or from the ground.

Experience in specialist cleaning is required, and additional licenses such as IPAF and CSCS are preferred.

Incentives

• Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 40 hours per week, with paid overtime.
