Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Specialist Cleaner to work across residential estates in London, in our Soft Facilities Management division. Your role includes cleaning communal areas, jet washing external surfaces and maintaining safety and presentation.

A full UK driving licence is essential, with hours 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, at Tulse Hill. You will contribute to delivering clean, safe environments for residents and visitors and support the company’s commitment to quality

Formación

• Experience cleaning in professional or commercial environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, jet washing, and safe practices.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Full UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain communal internal and external areas, entrances, stairs and corridors.
• Carpet cleaning and operating floor buffing machinery.
• Inspect communal areas for health and safety issues and report them.
• Use jet washing to remove graffiti and keep bin areas and pavements clean.
• Follow cleaning schedules and deliver a reliable service.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Specialist Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Tulse Hill. Working across residential estates, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and well-presented communal areas for residents and visitors. Including maintaining internal areas and jet washing external areas such as pavements and hard surfaces, bin storages and graffitied areas.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. The hours of work are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining communal internal and external areas, including entrances, stairwells, corridors and landings.
• Carrying out carpet cleaning and using floor buffing machinery
• Carrying out routine inspections of communal areas and reporting any health and safety concerns, damage or maintenance issues.
• Using jet washing equipment to remove graffiti and ensure bin storage areas, pavements and hard surfaces remain clean.
• Working to agreed cleaning schedules and service standards while delivering a professional and reliable service to residents and visitors.

Key requirements:

• Experience carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard in a professional or commercial environment.
• Good understanding of cleaning equipment, jet washing equipment, materials and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively while following cleaning schedules.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Hold a Full UK Driving License for a minimum of 1 year
