As a Specialist Children's Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
The service aims to deliver high standards of care, supporting patients across Northamptonshire. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, balancing clinical appointments with other responsibilities, and dedicating significant time to intervention.
You should be adaptable, resourceful, well-organized, confident, and capable of handling diverse situations. Leadership, management, excellent communication, problem-solving, and good judgment are essential. An induction period with shadowing, joint sessions, and peer supervision will be provided.
