This is more than just a care role it's an opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred support that genuinely enhances quality of life., Continuity of Care Services Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Specialist Care Assistants to support two clients living together in the same household. One client lives with a severe learning disability and epilepsy, the second client lives with cerebral palsy, a learning disability, and epilepsy. Both clients require a high level of complex care and value support to access the community. They enjoy outings such as visits to country parks, and other social activities. This role would suit a patient, caring, and proactive individual who is committed to providing person-centred support.
