Are you a compassionate and experienced carer looking for a rewarding role supporting a vibrant young client?

Due to our service user's ongoing care needs, we are seeking an additional team member to join our experienced and supportive team. As part of the induction process, there will be an initial period of shadowing and shorter shifts to allow you to become familiar with the client and their family before working independently. As the client may require time to build familiarity and confidence with new carers, the initial period of the role will be focused on developing trust, rapport, and a strong foundation for a cohesive and effective care partnership.
