Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Bury is recruiting a Clinical Psychologist to provide assessment and interventions within Core CAMHS. The role involves casework with young people with complex presentations and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.

The post holder will deliver therapies such as CBT, DBT and EMDR, while developing additional competencies. Research skills for audit, policy, service development and research are emphasised, with opportunities across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering psychological therapies to CAMHS populations.
• Ability to develop further therapeutic competencies (e.g. IPT, MBT).
• Experience with audit, policy, service development and research.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychology assessment and interventions within Core CAMHS.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and governance.
• Liaise with social care, voluntary services, and Education establishments.
• Transport test materials between sites and manage test items with accuracy.
• Contribute to improvement and research activities within the service.
