In this position, you will collaborate with Children’s Services colleagues to enhance the wellbeing of children, young people, and families. You'll promote high customer service standards to stakeholders, partners, and clients.
We have roles supporting the SEND and Educational Psychology teams. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage financial reporting, collate information, handle communications, and assist with audits to meet statutory requirements.
We seek someone well-organized, efficient, and passionate about supporting service operations. Essential skills include excellent literacy and numeracy, NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent admin experience, experience with data input and business systems, confidentiality awareness, customer service background, and ability to meet deadlines. Financial procurement and budget management experience, along with familiarity with multiple databases, are also required.
