VerseOne Group is seeking a nurse to join our Burns Outreach and Outpatient Team delivering specialist burns care across the London and South East Burns Network for a population of almost 10 million. The role covers outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, patients' homes and the Burns Outreach Bus, with high autonomy and opportunities for professional development for compassionate, patient‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with specialization in burns care.
• Experience in wound dressing and scar management.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist burns care across clinics, wards, homes and the Burns Outreach Bus.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care for burn patients.
• Provide wound care, dressing management, scar management and rehabilitation support.
• Support patients and families through recovery with education and emotional support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Travel across the London and South East Burns Network to provide outreach services.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement and audits.
• Develop advanced burns nursing knowledge through ongoing professional development.
