You will be part of a friendly, diverse, UKAS-compliant hospital laboratory committed to staff training and development. Our Biochemistry training lead will support your CPD and learning opportunities to foster your career growth.

We are clinically led and designed to leverage the benefits of scale through collaborative working to meet the needs of our service users and support excellent clinical care.

We are dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top pathology staff. Staff are encouraged to undertake both internal and external courses for professional development. You will also play a key role in training junior staff to develop their skills and careers.
