Ipswich Hospital is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Biomedical Scientist in Biochemistry to join our team. Candidates should have a completed Specialist Portfolio in Biochemistry; we will consider applicants with at least 80% completion for a Band 5 developmental post.
You will be part of a friendly, diverse, UKAS-compliant hospital laboratory committed to staff training and development. Our Biochemistry training lead will support your CPD and learning opportunities to foster your career growth.
Our laboratory, serving as the hub for ESNEFT, conducts a wide range of tests, including automation, non-mech, and electrophoresis, utilizing a fully automated ROCHE system.
Once experienced, staff may participate in an out-of-hours roster with night rate enhancements for lone working.
