We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our Specialist Alcohol Service within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, supporting people who use alcohol in making positive changes to their alcohol use.
In this role, you will utilise your expertise to provide high-quality service and care to your own caseload of service users. This includes offering a range of interventions, care planning, assessments, and supporting service users through their treatment journey and recovery ambitions — from beginning to end. The role also involves outreach work in the community and in-reach to those in hospital.
Working as part of our dedicated, multi-disciplinary team alongside prescribers, you will offer health support via testing clinics for blood-borne viruses (BBVs), embracing the concept of recovery, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
This vacancy is suited for experienced applicants with robust knowledge of alcohol, its physical and mental effects, and associated risks.
