Your new companyOne of our clients in Redhill is looking for a Specialised Credit Management Advisor to join the team.

Your new role

• Manage the Vulnerable Customer database, ensuring compliance with company procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee debt management accounts, ensuring fair and reasonable arrangements that align with customer financial capability and do not increase debt burden.
• Maintain performance reporting and identify improvements within the process, recommending changes to enhance service and operational efficiency.
• Handle all aspects of specialised debt management, including supporting vulnerable customers, monitoring compliance, and upholding company policies and quality standards.
