This is an exciting opportunity to form part of a new Special School Nurse team within Wirral providing care to children with medical and clinical need within these schools .

You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver and support needs for children within Wirral Special Schools . As part of the 0-19 Service which includes Health Visiting and School nursing you will be working closely with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person centred packages of care in response to individual and local need. You will be working in partnership across the areas .
