We're looking for energetic, proactive and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of roles in the LS10 area. These full-time roles (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm) involve working with pupils who need support with behaviour, learning and in some cases personal care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored classroom support for learners with SEN/SEMH needs

  • Offer personal care support when needed with discretion and respect

  • Use consistent routines and clear expectations to help pupils regulate behaviour

  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support EHCP outcomes

  • Build meaningful relationships through patience, structure and encouragement

Who Should Apply:

  • Experience with SEN, SEMH, youth mentoring, care or psychology essential

  • Confident managing behaviour and creating supportive routines

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and 100% reliable

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply
