Job summary

Brynllywarch Hall School is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant Level 2 (Special) to join our dedicated team. The post offers 32.5 hours per week during term time and a permanent contract with pay at Grade 5 pt7 to pt9.

You will support students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, working with groups of 8–10 or one-to-one, and may assist with travel arrangements for our pupils. Applicants will undergo Enhanced DBS clearance and registration with the Education Workforce

Qualifications

• Experience of working with students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Ability to work with groups of 8 to 10 students.
• Ability to provide one-to-one support.

Responsibilities

• Support students with challenging behaviours within a classroom setting.
• Assist with travel arrangements for pupils at start and end of the school day.
• Work with groups and individuals to support learning goals.
