Job Role:
  • Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
  • Creating individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to each pupil's specific needs and abilities.
  • Implementing creative and engaging teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Using a range of specialised resources and equipment to support pupil learning and development.
  • Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic approach to education.
  • Assessing pupil progress and providing regular feedback to pupils, parents, and the school's leadership team.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in special education.
