SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Stage 2

Start Date: September 2025

Location: Ealing, West London

Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only)

Daily Rate: 95

Contract: Full Academic Year (with potential for a permanent role)

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a three-form entry primary school in Ealing, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Key Stage 2 pupil with autism. This full-time role begins in September 2025 and extends through the academic year, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As the 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide targeted support to a KS2 pupil with autism, helping them engage with the curriculum effectively

  • Assist in fostering communication skills, independence, and social interaction

  • Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to implement tailored strategies

  • Play a key role in creating a nurturing and consistent learning environment
