Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with ASC and SEN.
• Ability to implement IEPs and EHCPs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and dedication to learners with SEN.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with ASC and SEN.
• Assist in implementing IEPs and EHCPs.
• Support classroom staff in behaviour management and positive learning.
• Help students develop social skills and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and professionals for holistic education.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
