You ll be working within a dedicated resource base, supporting students who may have learning difficulties, autism, and other special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a variety of additional learning needs.
• Assist with classroom activities, helping to create an engaging and supportive environment for all students.
• Encourage independence and self-confidence, offering support in academic and social settings.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Assist with lesson preparation and delivery, ensuring the needs of all students are met.
• Provide support with personal care and daily activities when required.
