A leading school in Wandsworth is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs. This role involves working closely with students to enhance their learning and personal development in a nurturing environment. £21,331 per annum
30 hours per week (9am to 15:30 pm)
Term time only (39 weeks)

£23,112 per annum, 32.5 hours per week

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join us at Garratt Park School. You will support students with their learning either in class, small groups or one to one. You will also support them in their personal development, be a friendly face for them to turn to and prepare them for their next steps into independence. You may be an experienced LSA from secondary, primary or special education background, recently trained or simply looking to move into education bringing with you your own set of transferable life skills. We have a supportive staff and can offer development opportunities for the right candidate.
Garratt Park School is a special school for children and young people aged 11-19 who have moderate learning difficulties, along with other special needs disabilities including Autism, SCLN, sensory impairments and a small number with more complex needs. We are situated in the inner London borough of Wandsworth and most of our students come from the local area, from diverse backgrounds with around one third entitled to free school meals. Earlsfield is well served by public transport with easy access to the city centre.
