Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a dedicated teacher to support pupils with complex needs in a structured, caring environment. The role focuses on delivering engaging lessons, building confidence, and helping students reach their academic, social and emotional potential.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, follow safeguarding procedures, and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • QTS or equivalent is required.
  • Degree or qualification relevant to teaching.
  • Experience in a primary or special school setting, specifically with SEMH or Autism Spectrum Conditions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient, resilient approach.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
  • Lead curriculum development aligned with school objectives.
  • Foster a positive learning environment with effective behaviour management.
