We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Special Inspector to conduct on-site inspections, verify quality control, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications, regulatory standards, and project requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, performing field tests, and documenting observations to ensure that materials and workmanship meet project plans and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction inspection, with working knowledge of construction field layout, plan interpretation, quantity verification, material testing, and engineering computations. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to help identify and resolve construction issues, promote safety compliance, and support successful project delivery.
