Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)

Position Type: Ongoing

Location: London borough of Newham

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing social, emotional, and cognitive support to students with SEMH-related needs.
  2. Liaising with class teachers, SENCO, and community professionals (e.g., Educational Psychologist) to monitor student progress.
  3. Supporting the team in creating a progressive and welcoming learning environment.
  4. Working with students across various year groups with learning disabilities (Autism, ADHD) and mental health needs.
