Job Title: SEND Teacher - Long & Short Term Supply

Location: Across Bradford and Calderdale

Salary: £145- £233 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Flexible - Long Term / Short Term / Day-to-Day

About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled SEND Teachers to work in a variety of specialist settings, including:

  • SEMH schools
  • ASD provisions
  • PRUs
  • Specialist learning centres within mainstream schools

Assignments vary from day-to-day, short-term, to long-term roles, offering flexibility and a chance to build strong relationships within schools that match your teaching style and strengths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive behaviour strategies
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and other professionals
  • Create inclusive learning environments that enable all pupils to thrive
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND
  • Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and classroom management skills
