Location: SEN College, Great Barr
Contract: Permanent | Start: Immediate

A SEN College based in Great Barr are seeking a qualified and experienced SENCo to lead and enhance their SEND provision. You’ll play a central role in shaping a nurturing and inclusive educational experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a creative, inclusive environment. This role will be full time and an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and improve support for students with SEND
* Manage and review EHCPs in line with statutory requirements
* Support staff with training and inclusive teaching strategies
* Monitor student progress and implement interventions
* Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies
* Contribute to increasing student enrolment through strong SEND outcomes
