We are currently recruiting an ALN Special Education Teaching Assistant for Ebbw Vale and surrounding areas, starting immediately.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 3:30 pm

Are you a caring and passionate individual with ALN Special Education Teaching Assistant experience? Do you have at least 6 months of experience within a Special Needs School?

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 6 months experience in an ALN Specialist School with Education and Training
• Possess at least NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) in Education or equivalent experience in an educational setting
• Be committed and dedicated to the role, with the appropriate Education and Training
• Provide stimulating activities while ensuring hygiene and safety rules
• Be attentive to the students' individual needs and able to identify appropriate solutions when issues arise
• Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and families

As a valued member of ESP, you will receive:

• A minimum pay rate of at least £85 per day
• Support from a team with over twenty years of experience in education recruitment
