Job summary

Vistage seeks a proactive Speaker Programme Coordinator to own the booking process, day-to-day speaker relationships, and roster accuracy. You will ensure timely scheduling, respond to last-minute changes, and keep Chairs satisfied.

In a small, fast-moving team, you’ll onboard new speakers, support content reviews, upload presentations and manage data in our systems such as Matrix and MyVistage. A full driving licence is required and a competitive salary is discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Chairs and speakers.
• Comfortable working with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a small team.
• Full clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to manage speaker bookings and scheduling with data-driven insights.
• Handle Wishlist requests, bookings, cancellations, and last-minute replacements.
• Maintain the roster in systems and provide notes for Chairs.
• Onboard new speakers, support content delivery, and update session materials.
