Are you a motivated graduate with experience or exposure to the events industry? One of the UK’s leading B2B events companies is seeking an ambitious Speaker Coordinator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to break into and develop their career in the events industry. As a Speaker Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting event operations and speaker acquisition for their impressive portfolio of financial events.

Key responsibilities of the Speaker Coordinator:

  • Manage communications and processes with key speakers and C-Suite speakers for their portfolio of events.
  • Build meaningful relationships with speakers to develop event content and provide the optimal event experience.
  • Provide vital support to operations teams in the lead up to conferences.
  • Work closely with the content production team to build out event agendas and speaker sessions for the events.

The Ideal Speaker Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exposure to events with knowledge of operational functions and speaker acquisition.
  • 12 months+ experience in a commercially focused role (knowledge of B2B events is beneficial but not essential)
  • Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
