Job Description:

Role: SPC Manager aka SPC General Manager, PFI Operations Manager, PFI Performance Manager, PFI Compliance Manager, SPV Manager

Location: Home Based with travel to Oxford and Daventry

Salary: up to 72K + 30% Bonus + 7.35K Car + 10% Pension

The role

Manage two Healthcare / Hospital PFI contracts in Oxford and Daventry. The role will primarily be based in Oxford, with both contracts having many years remaining (10+ years).

You

We seek candidates with experience overseeing/managing PFI contracts, ideally with a background in Building Surveying or Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop financial and operational policies ensuring efficient SPC conduct.
  • Implement the SPC H&S monitoring regime.
  • Assist with statutory reports, returns, statistics, and accounts in line with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor quality assurance of services and third-party providers to minimize performance deductions, including Project Compliance review monitoring.
  • Implement programmes and agreements to maximize shareholder returns and commercial income.
  • Assist in delivering the budget for PFI Operations.
