Role: Assistant SPC Manager for Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance

Salary: 50K + 10% Bonus + Car + 10% Pension

The role

We are looking for individuals to manage Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance for a large PFI contract in the Healthcare / Hospital Sector.

You

We seek candidates with a background in FM / Construction, excellent project and organizational skills, and experience working on PFI Projects.

Responsibilities
  • Support the completion of the services team under operation management contracts and manage variations
  • Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control programmes related to service providers
  • Prepare statutory reports, return statistics, and financial information in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies
  • Adhere to and assist in the development of financial and operational policies
  • Assist the SPC Manager in monitoring third-party service providers regarding performance and availability, including project compliance reviews
