This role has a starting rate of £12.25 per hour. On successful completion of probation, you will receive an increase to £12.75 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities:

To ensure all our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – aiming to provide an unforgettable experience.

  • Minimize and handle complaints professionally in accordance with our policies.
  • Work in line with company policies and manuals.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisor to maximize sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the absence of the Restaurant Managers & Supervisors.
  • Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
  • Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently, meeting five-star standards.
  • Stay updated with current promotions and new products.
  • Make guests aware of offers on our food and drink range.
  • Assist in setting up functions and events according to procedures.
  • Maintain exemplary billing systems and ensure all payments are collected in accordance with company policy, with accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
  • Observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all departments and communicate effectively throughout the hotel.
  • Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
