Spare / Sales Coordinator - Engineering, Stoke-on-Trent

We are seeking a Spare / Sales Coordinator for a well-established and growing product manufacturer based in Stoke-on-Trent. Due to continued success, they are looking for an enthusiastic Spare / Aftersales Support Assistant to join their team.

Position Overview

• Controlling spare parts and associated costings
• Contacting existing customers to prospect for new sales
• Ordering spare parts
• Arranging export documents and shipping of spare parts
• Collating information on previous parts for assemblies for the external sales team
• Supporting the creation of quotations for customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in a spares, proposals, or sales-related role
• Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Full UK Driving License
• Based within a commutable distance of Stoke-on-Trent

Remuneration

• Competitive salary
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. Permanent position.
• Holiday allowance and pension
